At Our discretion and without liability, We can terminate or suspend access to your account for non-compliance with this Agreement.

16. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao (Regulations under Articles 1 through 18).

17. Jurisdictional Clause

Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject exclusively to jurisdiction and proceedings before the courts in Willemstad, Curacao.
